KYN28A-12型鎧裝移開式交流金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備，是在吸收國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上自行開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的新型產(chǎn)品，適用于3.6-12KV三相交流50Hz單母線分段系統(tǒng)的成套配電裝置，主要用于發(fā)電廠、工礦企事業(yè)配電及電力系統(tǒng)二次配電、送電及大型高壓電動(dòng)機(jī)的啟動(dòng)等，對(duì)其實(shí)行控制、保護(hù)、監(jiān)測之用。開關(guān)柜滿足IEC60298、GB3906等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，具有防止帶負(fù)荷推拉斷路器手車、防止誤分誤合斷路器、防止接地開關(guān)處在閉合位置時(shí)關(guān)合斷路器、防止誤入帶電隔室、防止帶電時(shí)誤合接地開關(guān)的聯(lián)鎖功能，可配用VS1及VD4真空斷路器；是3-10KV高壓開關(guān)設(shè)備的主流產(chǎn)品，主要用于中心配電室和較重要的用電單位的末端配電室。

開關(guān)設(shè)備的外殼選用敷鋁鋅薄鋼板經(jīng)CNC機(jī)床加工，采取多重折邊工藝，板式結(jié)構(gòu)，無焊組合工藝。精度高，抗腐蝕與抗氧化作用強(qiáng)，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高、外形美觀，通用性強(qiáng)。柜體采用組裝式結(jié)構(gòu)，用鉚螺母和高強(qiáng)度的螺栓聯(lián)接而成。加工生產(chǎn)周期短、零部件通用性強(qiáng)、占地面積小。表面無須進(jìn)行酸洗、磷化等化學(xué)處理過程，生產(chǎn)過程環(huán)保無污染。

柜體設(shè)母線室，開關(guān)室、儀表室、小母線室、電纜室等間隔，各隔室相對(duì)獨(dú)立，互不影響，關(guān)鍵部位設(shè)有觀察窗，頂部各室設(shè)有泄壓裝置，發(fā)生電氣事故時(shí)可從頂部有效泄壓，保護(hù)操作人員。聯(lián)鎖機(jī)構(gòu)確保各隔室之間的操作符合安全性和程序性要求，安全性極高。開關(guān)、隔離手車，PT手車采用抽出式安裝方式，通過軌道、活門機(jī)構(gòu)、動(dòng)靜觸頭與主母線進(jìn)行聯(lián)結(jié)和分離，高壓柜在運(yùn)行中可移出需檢修部位的小車進(jìn)行檢修作業(yè)，不影響正?；芈返倪\(yùn)行；采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思想，相同規(guī)格的開關(guān)或PT具有完全的互換性，可靠性高。

開關(guān)設(shè)備由柜體和中置可抽出部件(即手車)兩大部分組成。柜體分四個(gè)單獨(dú)的隔室，外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP4X，各小室間和斷路器室門打開時(shí)防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP2X。具有架空進(jìn)出線、電纜進(jìn)出線及其它功能方案，經(jīng)排列、組合后能成為各種方案形式的配電裝置。

Interlocking mechanism to ensure that the operation between the compartments meet the safety and procedural requirements, high safety. Switch and isolation handcart, PT handcart adopts extraction installation mode to connect and separate with main bus line through track, valve mechanism, dynamic and static contact. During operation, the high-voltage cabinet can be moved out of the car in need of maintenance for maintenance operation without affecting the operation of normal circuit.
