1 用途Purpose：

GCS型低壓抽出式開關(guān)柜是一種模塊化的配電裝置，共有兩種結(jié)構(gòu)型式，一是出線開關(guān)裝于可抽出的抽屜中，通過插件與母線相連接，另一種一采用插入式塑殼開關(guān)，裝于可打開前門的固定間隔中。兩種結(jié)構(gòu)的抽出式開關(guān)柜都可以在其他間隔帶電的情況下進(jìn)行檢修，相同的模塊可以互換；操作人員與帶電體嚴(yán)格分開，安全性高。適用于發(fā)電廠、變電所、石油化工、廠礦企業(yè)及高層建筑等部門，作為三相交流頻率為50（60）Hz額定工作電壓至380V的電力系統(tǒng)中的動力、配電和電動機(jī)控制中心、電容補(bǔ)償?shù)鹊碾娔苻D(zhuǎn)換、分配與控制用。亦可滿足自動化用戶與計(jì)算機(jī)接口的需要。

GCS low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is a modular distribution device. There are two types of structure. One is the outgoing switch installed in the drawer which can be drawn out and connected to the bus by plug-ins; the other is the insert plastic shell switch installed in the fixed interval where the front door can be opened. The withdrawable switch cabinet of two kinds of structures can be repaired under the condition of other electrified interval, and the same module can be exchanged. Operators and charged bodies strictly separated, high safety. Suitable for power plant, substation, petrochemical industry, factory and mining enterprises and high-rise building departments, as three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz rated working voltage to 380V power system power, power distribution and motor control center, capacitance compensation and other power conversion, distribution and control. Can also meet the needs of automatic user and computer interface.

 

3 特點(diǎn)Characteristic：

?  柜體由2.0mm鍍鋅鋼板制作，以模數(shù)化型鋼組成骨架，無焊組裝而成，門和封板采用無化學(xué)處理環(huán)保噴塑工藝。

?  以鋼板間隔成功能單元室、母線室、電纜室，各功能隔室嚴(yán)格分開。

?  水平母線平置于柜頂母線室，電纜室上下皆有通道，可上下出線。

?  抽屜和開關(guān)所處位置及狀態(tài)有明顯標(biāo)志，且各位置均能鎖定。

?  單柜出線回路多，最多可達(dá)22個。

?  產(chǎn)品符合IEC439-1、 G7251、 ZBK36001-89標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

?  The cabinet body is made of 2.0mm galvanized steel plate, which is composed of modular steel frame and assembled without welding. The door and sealing plate are made of environmental protection plastic spraying technology without chemical treatment.

?  The energy unit room, bus room and cable room are separated by steel plate, and the functional compartments are strictly separated.

?  The horizontal bus is placed in the bus room on the top of the cabinet.

?  Drawer and switch position and state are clearly marked, and each position can be locked.

?  Single cabinet out of the circuit many, up to 22.

?  Products comply with iec439-1, G7251, zbk36001-89 standards.
